Tracfone, which is a prepaid cell phone and service provider, has a number of new phones available including the LG Ultimate 2, Alcatel Ontouch Icon Pop, and LG Optimus Fuel.  Each of these phones runs Android 4.4, and offer all the typical features of a smartphone.
